Transfers glitching

I fill in all of the information to make a transfer to another member, and it asks me to confirm then tells me its completed but no money was actually transferred. Ive had to call my bank each time and have them do it. One of the benefits of having a banking app is so that you can handle doing stuff like this on your own.
