App started crashing in iOS 9 so deleted. Tried to reinstall but because I am no longer on the CA App Store I no longer have access. Vancity doesn’t allow direct download and it was only placed for download in one region only (CA) in apple store. Useless if u r customer but live out of country.

CRASHES on iOS 9 - cheque deposit crashes every time and so does pretty much everything else. uninstall & reinstall doesnt help. How about a fix?

Chèque deposit crashed the app after the iOS update. Uninstall and re-download now has the app crashing when entering login info. IPhone 5 and iOS 9

It broke with iOS9. I contacted tech support but no one ever got back to me. When is the update coming?

App broke with IOS 9. Cannot deposit cheque...crashes.

Generally love using this app. Past month though, whenever I open the view of a cashed cheque in my account, the screen goes blank white and unable to use for a long chunk of time

Took some doing to get to technical support at Vancity…eventually got this key piece of info: The App does not support third party keyboards! So, I turned my SwiftKey App off…and it works :-)

This app has been flawless for the two years that Ive been using it... until this past month. Now, every single time I try to type in an amount for a bill payment, the app closes. Ive tried deleting g and reinstalling it but it keeps happening. I have the most updated version. Please fix this flaw so I can get back to my online banking!

Want to like it, but barely use able given how frequently or crashes

Looks like an app from 2010. Needs a refresh. Also add Touch ID support.

Very nice user interface, clean and practical. Has never crashed on me, and I use it every day. Deposit option shoots razor sharp images every time. So far Ive had no problems on my iPhone 5S running iOS 9.1.

Wont allow me to login anymore

The app is incredibly slow when opening and sometimes doesnt open at all please fix this. I really like this app and it also crashes every time I try to use the deposit feature

Used this successfully since it was dev Eloped recently noticed it was gone from Iphone when access to update it opens In app store if i logon but wont save Onto mu iphone so every time i must Go to app store to access my bank Account ease fix as the problems With this version appear to be Numerous

Touch ID support would be much appreciated. (Also Apple Pay, but thats another issue entirely) Gave it 2 stars because even after all these years, the app is just not stable. Sometimes it just refuses to load and it results in awkward situations when I require it. Other times it crashes when I try to enter my PIN. Please just make a better app from the ground up. One thats faster, smoother and more user friendly. I think us members deserve it.

As others have stated, the app will not load in iOS 9. I have only just updated, hoping to miss most of the iOS 9 bugs. Didnt think this app that didnt work back in Sept. 2015 would still not work. Time to fix this - I depend upon this app for my personal banking.

Please enable camera flash⚡️ for low light picture deposit.

Please add fingerprint Touch ID to enter bank account!
