Nothing but issues with the app and the service!

Update mostly broke it.

Can now only occasionally log in, and quick view doesnt work at all. Set to on, save, and it immediately switches to off when I log out. Was 5 stars for convince, now its 2, since I can still sometimes log in without needing to go to the website.

Wont log in

Apparently I dont know my own password and cannot log in on the app... what an uneasy feeling. Im pretty sure the latest update messed this up.

Update??

What exactly had been updated since the inconvenience of shutting the system down for a week. The ap was easier to use before and the quick look doesnt work no matter how many times you save the setting.

No quick view

Since bank upgrade, it wont stay as quick view for my balance. I keep trying to save but it wont stay, thumbs down. Please fix immediately

IPad version not there yet.

Needs support for landscape view on iPad.

Worst bank app. Trust lost in bank.

This "newly updated" app has a mind of its own. It has duplicated payments, charged overdraft fees incorrectly, and botched e-transfers. If I wasnt watching balance and transaction history this would have gone unnoticed. I have lost trust in Vancity after being a client for 16 years. And I am leaving to a bank that I can trust with my money.

A banking app that has utility and is handsome to boot.
