Generally useful app. Has a few issues - doesnt show my cheque images. Also when setting a filter and trying to view a cheque hitting the back arrow returns to the main menu instead of the filtered list of transactions... Which is a pain. So please work on the quality.

Not a good app. Very slow and rarely works. It takes multiply shots before the app can read the image. Poor job Van City

Good app use it all the time, needs fingerprint support for log in and a full month calendar in the pay bills section.

VanCity should either fix this app or pull it from the store. It just doesnt work. If I am mistaken and the app is actually a time wasting frustration generator, then 5 stars. Well done...

This is a convenient and responsive app. But when your devices keyboard requires landscape mode, using the app is literally a pain in the neck! Please optimize for landscape view, and this will be a 5-star app for me.

The app functions reasonably well for basic tasks, but could be faster. And the integration of support for modern technology such as Touch ID and Apple Pay is long overdue. And please add support for EnviroVisa account info. The lack of these basic features is seriously making me want to move to another bank.

I am disappointed with this app. I want to be able to see my Visa balance but that option doesnt exist for Vancity. Boo! Will make me consider getting another cc so I can be part of the 21st century.

iOS 9 has been out since 2015, this app hasnt worked since then. Luckily I dont really use my vancity account otherwise this would actually be a huge issue.

Never ever had a problem. Best app ever. Not sure how you could improve on it since it works great for me.

Cant comment on the problems others have experienced with a payment/deposit process that is spiralling into obscurity. All the other features of the app work okay.

Took 19 days for my cheque mobile deposit to finally go through into my checking, absolutely ridiculous service when I went to the bank they told me since I was younger than 19 I couldnt have them remove the hold yet even though I went in person. Absolutely garbage service.

This app really needs an upgrade. It needs to show me my visa account balance and transactions just like every other mobile banking app. I refuse to use this bank because it doesnt allow me access all my mobile banking. Its 2016.. This is Ridiculous.

I fill in all of the information to make a transfer to another member, and it asks me to confirm then tells me its completed but no money was actually transferred. Ive had to call my bank each time and have them do it. One of the benefits of having a banking app is so that you can handle doing stuff like this on your own.

This app does what I need it to; shows me account info and lets me transfer funds easily. However, its very poorly designed from a visual standpoint. Also, I run into frequent issues taking photos of cheques for deposit, and I wish the app would tell me whether it was the front or back image that has a problem! If possible it should also identify what the problem is. Blurry? Outside of image constraints? Too dark? Give me something to work with!

I keep trying to add my saved logins.... I get logged in, and then when I log out, they disappear from my "saved logins". Each time I want to log in I have to remember the information again.

I rely on this app to do my financial transactions because of mobility restrictions. Recently though, it just doesnt follow through with what it offers... Hope that gets fixed soon! (I will remove this review with glee when the fix is in.)

Crappy app. Where is finger print? How come random $1 apps can pay someone $50 to integrate finger print sensor but Vancity cant. Piss poor app.

Does everything I need but doesnt look great on an iPad. Landscape on the iPad would be nice.

Clunky interface. App should be updated at least a couple of times per year. Old!

Logging in is a bit of a crapshoot; sometimes it accepts your PAC other times not.
